Step 1

Put the kale at the bottom of a saucepan. After you have peeled and washed the potatoes, cut them into smaller cubes and place them on top of the kale.
Add salt to taste and fill the saucepan with enough water to cover the potatoes.
Put the lid on the saucepan and put it on a medium fire and bring to the boil.
25g butter or vegetable oil
After 10 minutes, the kale will have boiled down to half the size.
